Cooperative Medical Management Services
Our Cooperative Medical Management is a service offered in conjunction with our Stop Loss policies. This value added service works along side with the plan's contracted case management companies and utilization review vendor(s) to help manage catastrophic claim costs or other large claim diagnosis for our Stop Loss policyholders, Carriers and Third Party Administrators (TPA's).
Services include:
- Tertiary medical management consulting at no cost to the Health Plan, the Health Plan's members, administrators and their contracted vendors
- Assisting the Health Plan and its covered members in accessing high quality healthcare and effective use of the plans benefits
- Assist in locating and accessing national network pricing and negotiation services
- Exploring options for alternative plans of care
- Assist in accessing community resources
- Professional medical information for the Health Plan, the Health Plan's members, administrators, and their contracted vendors
