Non-Appearance and Event Cancellation: Protects a promoter, conference organizer and manager against the non-appearance, or unforeseen cancellation of principal artist, group of artists, lecturer or any other specified personality for a conference, convention, concert or exhibition.

Confidential Life Insurance: Coverage for the direct financial loss suffered by the Insured directly resulting from the non-performance of the Insured contract due to death, dismemberment, disappearance or disgrace.  This coverage is often purchased by companies with a legitimate, contractual financial interest in a third party.  The third party may be a top executive or celebrity endorser whose death or disgrace would result in measurable financial harm to the Insured.
